Taking care of her motherly responsibilities, Nicole Kidman was spotted taking her adorable daughter Sunday Rose to a Nashville doctor’s office for a checkup over the weekend. The “Moulin Rouge” actress looked a bit peeved at the paparazzi presence as she strolled through the parking lot, looking cute and casual in a black sweater overtop a white button-up shirt with black trousers and black shoes.
