Venturing out for a pampering session, Drew Barrymore was spotted visiting the Byron salon in Beverly Hills on Monday afternoon (February 8).

The “ET” actress was a bit shy as she exited the beauty parlor after getting her golden locks touched up, as she covered her face before hopping in her ride.

From there, things took a turn for the worse, as Miss Barrymore was on Beverly Blvd. and Doheny Dr. when she was rear-ended by a paparazzo at a stop light.

Quite upset over the situation, Drew proceeded to lay into the shutterbug upon exiting her car - with the two quickly exchanging information before Miss Barrymore proceeded to head back home.

Not good.

Usher's latest CD was scheduled for release yesterday on Super Bowl Sunday, but it has now been pushed back to March 30!

Jive Records is refusing to release the new album until the singer signs with new management. His former manager AND mother Jonetta Patton are effing done professionally since late November 2009. Says a source:

"She walked away from the project because Usher had his girlfriend [and former Def Jam executive] Grace Miguel all in the mix. She [Jonetta] felt as though if she didn't end things when she did, it would permanently afec their personal relationship."

Sounds like Usher's mama has territorial issues with the other women in his life! Remember how ugly it got with his ex-wife Tameka?!

Usher's first single from his new album "Papers" hit the radio last September but it peaked at Number 31 on the Billboard Hot 100. Not his best.

Things could be looking up soon though because it's rumored that he is going to sign with AEG Live CEO Randy Phillips — Usher was at Phillips' table at Clive Davis' pre-Grammy party.

Regardless we still don't buy that Usher is the next Michael Jackson!

Finished up with a fun-filled stay in southern Florida, the girls of “The Hills” were spotted readying for the trip back to the west coast on Monday afternoon (February 8).

As a few men in beehive styled hats loaded up an awaiting SUV, Audrina Patridge, Stephanie Pratt and Lauren Bosworth chatted amongst one another outside of the Eden Roc Hotel in Miami.

As previously reported by Gossip Center, the “Hills” gals flew into town on Friday night – while filming their hit MTV show throughout their stay.

The trio were also joined on the trip by fellow cast member Kristin Cavallari, who seems to have opted to take separate travel plans from her co-stars.

Back home in Pennsylvania, Kate Gosselin was spotted running the day’s errands in Reading on Monday afternoon (February 8).

Looking darling in a bright pink top, the TLC reality mom dropped by the UPS and Fed ex shops before taking to Old Navy for some new duds.

Miss Gosselin once again showed off her new stylin’ hairdo, as she got rid of her $7,000 hair extension look due to discontent.

A source previously said of the extension look, “She thinks her hair looks over­processed and damaged. She’s afraid people will think she’s one of Tiger Woods’ bimbos!”

Arriving for his court appearance in Aspen, CO, Charlie Sheen was spotted heading into the courthouse on Monday (February 8).

The “Spin City” actor is there in correlation of his Christmas Day arrest after allegedly holding a knife to wife Brooke Mueller’s throat.

Three criminal charges were filed against Charlie Sheen including felony menacing misdemeanors, 3rd degree assault and misdemeanor criminal mischief.

According to TMZ, Sheen did not enter a plea. The judge also relaxed the protective order so Sheen can communicate with Mueller, but is not allowed to drink alcohol, harass Brooke or possess firearms.

Arriving to turn himself in, Dr. Conrad Murray was spotted approaching the Los Angeles Airport Courthouse on Monday (February 8).

The doctor showed up to surrender and face involuntary manslaughter charges in the death of Michael Jackson.

In related news, TMZ obtained a copy of Jackson’s full L.A. County Coroner’s report which says the manner of death is homicide and this conclusion is based on the following 4 items:

1. Circumstances indicate the Propofol and the benzodiazepines were administered by another.

2. Propofol was administered in a non-hospital setting without any appropriate medical indication.

3. The standard of care for administering Propofol was not met. Recommended equipment for patient monitoring, precision dosing and resuscitation was not present.

4. The circumstances do not support self-administration of Propofol.

Continuing along with a busy day in the Big Apple, Heidi Klum was spotted making the trip from her New York City hotel to Parsons: The New School For Design on Monday afternoon (February 8).

The supermodel mommy entered the local building, heading inside to shoot a cheesecake commercial.

Upon finishing up, Miss Klum exited to find a pack of eager paparazzi – which followed her every move until she was able to load into an awaiting car.

Earlier in the day, Heidi made a visit to “Good Morning America” to promote Victoria’s Secret Valentine’s Day offerings.

Not long after Dr. Conrady Murray was charged with involuntary manslaughter today, those close to Michaej Jackson - whose death the physician is suspected to have been responsible for - reacted in outrage.

"He's a monster," said MJ's mother, Katherine (pictured), after the arraignment.

Brian Oxman, the family's veteran lawyer for Jackson's father Joseph, was equally disgusted with the judge's decision.

"This charge is a slap on the wrist," he said. "There's great disappointment here. [Conrad Murray] should've been charged with a higher degree of responsibility. What he did was reckless. It was a disregard for human life."

Michael's sister Latoya also chimed in, putting everything in a disturbing context:

“Michael was murdered and although he died at the hands of Dr. Conrad Murray, I believe Dr. Murray was a part of a much larger plan. There are other individuals involved and I will not rest and I will continue to fight until all of the proper individuals are brought forth and justice is served."

Expanding her reality TV career, Whitney Port was spotted filming a commercial in New York City’s SoHo district on Monday (February 8).

The 24-year-old star looked stunning in a dress, cardigan and high boots as she followed instructions from the commercial crew.

In related news, Ms Port has been keeping busy filming for the upcoming season of “The City.”

Whitney and her co-star friend Roxy Olin were recently spotted at the Guess Inc Cocktail Party in New York City.

Angelina Jolie has reportedly gone to the Dominican Republic to visit with hospitalized victims of the January 12 earthquake in neighboring Haiti.

The Associated Press reports that the star toured Dario Contreras Hospital in Santo Domingo. A rep for the hospital told the AP that Jolie “spoke with several children and a Haitian woman who recognized her and requested help.”

Just yesterday, Jolie was spotted in Miami with partner Brad Pitt at the Super Bowl game.
